Design includes upgrade of base building mechanical and electrical infrastructure to provide a first class environment for classrooms, courtrooms, and retail/office tenants. The construction value of the work designed by EDM is in excess of $8 million. The Grand Opening was held March 15, 2006. St. Charles County Alarm and Dispatch Center Wentzville, Missouri Provided a facility capable of providing uninterrupted service, independent of interruptible power sources to meet the County's requirement for providing 911 service as well as Police, Fire and EMS dispatching. The original 5,000 SF facility expanded to 7,000 SF with a second radio room, emergency generator power and redundant heating and cooling. Site security provided by fencing and a video monitor sytem and access control.
