Old Post Office St. Louis, Missouri
- As Engineer of Record, EDM Incorporated provided Structural, HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection design for the $47 million renovation of this historically significant building.
- Design includes upgrade of base building mechanical and electrical infrastructure to provide a first class environment for classrooms, courtrooms, and retail/office tenants.
- The construction value of the work designed by EDM is in excess of $8 million.
- The Grand Opening was held March 15, 2006.

- Provided a facility capable of providing uninterrupted service, independent of interruptible power sources to meet the County's requirement for providing 911 service as well as Police, Fire and EMS dispatching.
- The original 5,000 SF facility expanded to 7,000 SF with a second radio room, emergency generator power and redundant heating and cooling.
- Site security provided by fencing and a video monitor sytem and access control.
